🌿 Remedy 1: Clove Tea

Why It Works:
Cloves contain eugenol, known for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. This makes them effective in loosening mucus and soothing throat irritation.

Ingredients:

  • 5–6 whole cloves

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

  1. Boil the cloves in water for 10–15 minutes.

  2. Strain the liquid into a cup.

  3. Add lemon juice and honey.

  4. Consume twice daily for three days.


🍯 Remedy 2: Lemon, Garlic, and Honey Drink
