1 cup (240ml) whole milk

1 cup (240ml) boiling water or hot coffee
For the Cream Cheese Filling:

8 oz (226g) cream cheese, softened

¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar

1 egg
-
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans, or line with parchment.
2. Make the Cake Batter:
