Posted on June 28, 2025

Here’s a simple and tasty Chicken-Stuffed Crescent Rolls recipe for you!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or chopped

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup cooked vegetables (optional — like peas, corn, or diced bell peppers)

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives)

  • Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water) for brushing (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, shredded cheese, cream cheese, cooked vegetables (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.

  4. Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wider end of each crescent triangle.

  5. Roll up each crescent starting from the wide end, enclosing the filling completely.

  6. Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  7. If desired, brush the tops with the egg wash for a golden finish.

  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

  9. Cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
