  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan (for topping)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for greasing the dish)

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Simmer until smooth.

4. Assemble the Casserole

  • In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce. Mix gently.

  • Pour mixture into the prepared casserole dish.

  • Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.

5. Bake

  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

  • Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

6. Serve

  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

💡 Tips & Variations

  • Add bacon or pancetta for a smoky twist.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor and convenience.

  • Try cauliflower or zucchini instead of broccoli for variety.
