Cheese Pepperoni Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:

Pizza dough: 1 ball (store-bought or homemade, about 12-inch size)

Pizza sauce: 1/2 cup (tomato-based)

Mozzarella cheese: 1 ½ cups shredded

Pepperoni slices: 20-30 slices

Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Dried oregano or Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon (optional)

Flour or cornmeal: for dusting
Instructions:

Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up. -
Prepare the dough:
On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. -
Add sauce:
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border (about 1/2 inch) around the edges. -
Add cheese:
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. -
Add pepperoni:
Arrange the pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese. -
Season:
Drizzle a little olive oil around the crust edges and sprinkle dried oregano or Italian seasoning over the pizza if desired. -
Bake:
Transfer the pizza to the oven (onto a pizza stone or baking sheet) and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. -
Cool and serve:
Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and enjoy!
