Here’s a Β recipe for Brownie Batter Dip – a rich, chocolatey dessert dip that tastes just like brownie batter but is safe to eat raw. It’s quick to whip up, requires no baking, and is perfect for dipping fruits, cookies, or pretzels.

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder – 2 tbsp (for extra chocolate richness)

  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

  • Milk – 2–4 tbsp (adjust for desired consistency)

  • Mini chocolate chips – ΒΌ cup (optional mix-in)

  • Salt – a pinch (enhances flavor)

Raw brownie mix contains untreated flour which can carry bacteria. Here’s how to make it safe:

Oven Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

  2. Spread 1 cup of brownie mix on a baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 5–7 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

  4. Let cool completely before using.

Microwave Method (faster):

  1. Place the mix in a microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between, for a total of 1Β½ to 2 minutes.

  3. Let it cool before use.

  1. Cream the base
    In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy (about 1–2 minutes).

  2. Add dry ingredients

  3. Add vanilla & milk
    Pour in the vanilla extract and milk, starting with 2 tablespoons. Beat until smooth. Add more milk as needed to reach your desired creamy, dippable consistency.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips
    Stir in the mini chocolate chips (optional) for texture and extra chocolate flavor.

  5. Chill (optional)
    You can serve it immediately, but chilling for 30 minutes to an hour helps the flavors meld and gives it a firmer texture.
