How to Boil Cherry Stalks

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of dried cherry stalks (you can find these at herbal shops)

  • 2 cups of water

Instructions:

  2. Boil the 2 cups of water in a pot.

  3. Once boiling, add the cherry stalks to the pot.

  4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and let it steep for another 5–10 minutes.

  6. Strain the liquid into a cup or teapot.

  7. Drink warm or cool, optionally with honey or lemon for taste.

Usage & Caution:

  • This tea is traditionally used to help with urinary tract health and water retention.

  • Do not use for extended periods without consulting a healthcare provider, especially if pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
