Here’s a delicious Big Mac Wraps recipe that captures all the iconic flavors of a Big Mac — but in a convenient, lower-carb wrap form!


🌯 Big Mac Wraps Recipe

Ingredients (Makes 4 wraps):

For the wraps:
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for flavor)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 4 large flour tortillas or low-carb wraps

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions

  • 1/2 cup dill pickle slices or chopped pickles

For the Big Mac sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp French dressing (or ketchup)

  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

  • 1 tsp yellow mustard

  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • Pinch of paprika


🥣 Instructions:

  1. Make the sauce:
    In a bowl, mix all the Big Mac sauce ingredients together. Adjust seasoning to taste. Refrigerate while you cook the beef.

  2. Cook the beef:

    • In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef.

    • Season with salt and pepper.

    • Cook until fully browned and crumbly. Drain any excess grease.

  3. Assemble the wraps:

    • Warm your tortillas slightly for flexibility.

    • Spread 1–2 tablespoons of Big Mac sauce on each wrap.

    • Add shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, a scoop of cooked beef, chopped onions, and pickles.

  4. Wrap it up:

    • Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.

    • Optional: Grill the wraps in a dry skillet or panini press for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown and sealed.

  5. Serve:
    Slice in half and serve immediately with extra sauce for dipping.


🧊 Storage Tips:

  • Meat and sauce can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for 3–4 days.

  • Assemble wraps just before eating for best texture.
