🥤 Beets and Ginger Keep Me Healthy Juice

✅ Ingredients:

  • 2 medium beets, peeled and chopped

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled

  • 2 medium carrots, peeled

  • 1 apple (green or red), cored

  • 1/2 lemon, peeled (optional for zest)

  • 1 cup filtered water (or coconut water for extra minerals)

🧃 Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 stalk celery (for extra hydration and minerals)

  • Handful of spinach or kale (for extra greens)

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder or a small piece of fresh turmeric

  • Pinch of black pepper (helps activate turmeric)


🥄 Instructions:

If using a juicer:

  1. Run all ingredients through your juicer.

  2. Stir the juice and serve over ice or chilled.

If using a blender:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender with water.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Strain through a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer for a smoother juice.
