Banana Split Cake

🍰 Banana Split Cake (No-Bake)

✅ Ingredients:

For the crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the filling:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, well drained

  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

  • 1 cup chopped strawberries (or use maraschino cherries)

For topping:

  • Whipped cream or more Cool Whip

  • Chocolate syrup or hot fudge

  • Chopped nuts (optional)

  • Maraschino cherries


🧑‍🍳 Directions:

  1. Make the crust:

    • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.

    • Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.

  2. Prepare the cream layer:

    • Beat together the cream cheese, softened butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.

    • Spread evenly over the chilled crust.

  3. Layer the fruit:

    • Arrange sliced bananas over the cream layer.

    • Spread the drained crushed pineapple evenly on top of the bananas.

    • Add a layer of chopped strawberries (or halved maraschino cherries).

  4. Top with whipped topping:

    • Spread whipped topping over the fruit layer.

  5. Garnish:

    • Drizzle with chocolate syrup or hot fudge.

    • Sprinkle with chopped nuts if using.

    • Add maraschino cherries on top for decoration.
