Here’s a simple and delicious Banana Fudge recipe โ€” creamy, rich, and packed with banana flavor!

๐Ÿงพ Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas (about 1 cup mashed)

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional, enhances banana flavor)

  1. Prep the Pan:
    Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Mash the Bananas:
    In a medium saucepan, mash the bananas until smooth. Heat gently over medium-low heat to cook off excess moisture (3โ€“4 minutes), stirring often.

  3. Add Butter and Milk:
    Stir in the butter and milk. Continue heating until the butter is melted and fully combined.

  4. Melt the Chocolate:
    Remove the pan from heat. Stir in white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.

  5. Add Vanilla & Sugar:
    Mix in vanilla extract and salt. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar (sifted) until smooth. You can use a hand mixer or a strong spoon.

  6. Add Nuts (Optional):
    Fold in chopped nuts and cinnamon if using.

  7. Pour and Set:
    Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

  8. Chill:
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

  9. Cut and Serve:
    Once set, cut into small squares. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
