Here’s a delicious and easy Baked Chicken Stuffed Crescent Rolls recipe that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner or party appetizer:


Baked Chicken Stuffed Crescent Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup green onions or chives (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

  • Optional: breadcrumbs or grated Parmesan for topping


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Prepare the filling:

    • In a medium bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.

  3. Assemble the rolls:

    • Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.

    • Place about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

    • Roll up the dough from the wide end to the point, gently sealing the filling inside.

    • Place rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Optional topping:

    • Brush tops with melted butter.

    • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs or grated Parmesan for added crunch and flavor.

  5. Bake:

    • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Serve:

    • Serve warm with a side of ranch dressing, marinara, or honey mustard for dipping if desired.


Tips:

  • You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.

  • Add cooked spinach, diced bell peppers, or bacon bits to the filling for extra flavor.

  • These also reheat well and can be frozen before or after baking.
