🧾 Bacon Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:

6 slices of bacon

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup milk

1 large egg

2 tbsp melted butter (plus more for cooking)
Instructions:

Cook the bacon

Fry the bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Once cool, cut or break into bite-sized pieces.

Make the pancake batter

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
