Alfredo Chicken Wings

Here’s a delicious and creamy Alfredo Chicken Wings recipe — a twist on classic wings, smothered in rich Alfredo sauce. Perfect for game day, dinner, or any time you want to impress with something indulgent!


🍗 Alfredo Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Wings:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning or a pinch of nutmeg

Optional Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Extra Parmesan

  • Crushed red pepper flakes


🔥 Instructions:

1. Prep and Cook the Wings:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 390°F (200°C).

  • Pat the wings dry with paper towels.

  • Toss them in olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Arrange on a baking sheet with a wire rack (or place in the air fryer basket).

  • Bake for 40–45 minutes (or air fry for 25–30 minutes), flipping halfway through until crispy and golden brown.

2. Make the Alfredo Sauce:

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Pour in the heavy cream, stir, and bring to a gentle simmer.

  • Add Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.

  • Season with salt, pepper, and optional Italian seasoning or nutmeg.

3. Toss and Serve:

  • Place cooked wings in a large bowl.

  • Pour warm Alfredo sauce over them and toss to coat.

  • Garnish with parsley, Parmesan, or red pepper flakes if desired.
