Air Fryer Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Here’s a quick and tasty Air Fryer Grilled Cheese Sandwich recipe for you!


Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread (your choice)

  • 2-3 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, or your favorite)

  • 1-2 tbsp butter (softened)

  • Optional: garlic powder, herbs, or a sprinkle of paprika for extra flavor


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

  2. Butter the bread: Spread softened butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread. If you want, sprinkle a bit of garlic powder or herbs on the buttered side for extra flavor.

  3. Assemble the sandwich: Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on a clean surface. Add your cheese slices on top, then place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.

  4. Air fry: Put the sandwich in the air fryer basket. Cook at 370°F for 6-8 minutes. Halfway through (around 3-4 minutes), carefully flip the sandwich to cook the other side evenly.

  5. Check and serve: Once the bread is golden and crispy and the cheese is melted, take it out. Let it cool for a minute, then slice and enjoy!


Tips:

  • For extra melty cheese, cover the sandwich loosely with foil while cooking.

  • Add extras inside like tomato slices, bacon, or ham for a deluxe grilled cheese.
