Posted on September 4, 2025

Here’s a recipe for Air Fryer Cheesy Tortilla Garlic Bread — it’s quick, delicious, and super easy to make.

Air Fryer Cheesy Tortilla Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 large flour tortillas

  • 3 tablespoons butter (softened)

  • 2-3 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh if available)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or any cheese you like: cheddar, monterey jack, etc.)

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chili flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)

  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Garlic Butter:

    • In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, dried parsley, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.

    • Stir well until all combined. This will be your garlic butter spread.

  2. Prepare Tortillas:

    • Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.

    • Using a spatula or knife, evenly spread the garlic butter mixture over one side of each tortilla.

  3. Add Cheese:

    • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the buttered side of the tortillas.

    • Follow with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.

    • If you like, add some red chili flakes for a spicy kick.

  4. Preheat Air Fryer:

    • Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for about 3-4 minutes.

  5. Cook the Tortilla Garlic Bread:

    • Carefully place one tortilla into the air fryer basket, buttered/cheesy side up.

    • Cook for 4-6 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the edges of the tortilla are crisp and golden brown.

    • If your air fryer is small, you may need to cook one at a time.

  6. Serve:

    • Remove from the air fryer, let it cool for a minute.

    • Cut into wedges or strips.

    • Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro if you like.

    • Serve with marinara sauce, salsa, or your favorite dip.

Tips:

  • You can use whole wheat or corn tortillas if you prefer.

  • Add toppings like chopped jalapeños, cooked bacon bits, or olives for extra flavor.

  • If you want it extra cheesy, add a layer of cheese on the bottom side too before cooking.
