Fried Rice with Ground Beef and Vegetables
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons oil (vegetable, canola, or sesame)

1 lb (450g) ground beef

3 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)

2 eggs, beaten

3 tablespoons soy sauce (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional for extra depth)

Instructions:

Cook the ground beef:

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
