Easy Garlic Chicken Wrap

Here’s a quick and easy Garlic Chicken Wrap recipe that’s perfect for lunch or a light dinner. It takes about 20 minutes to make.


🌯 Easy Garlic Chicken Wrap

🧄 Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 2 large flour tortillas or wraps

  • 1 large chicken breast (sliced thin)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 small tomato (sliced)

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or garlic aioli (store-bought or homemade)


🔪 Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken

    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

    • Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

    • Add chicken slices, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.

    • Cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked and golden.

  2. Warm the Wraps

    • Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable.

  3. Assemble the Wraps

    • Spread mayo or garlic aioli on the center of each tortilla.

    • Add lettuce, tomato, and cheese.

    • Top with the cooked garlic chicken.

  4. Wrap It Up

    • Fold the sides in and roll tightly from the bottom.

    • Slice in half if desired.


🍽️ Serving Tip:

Serve with fries, chips, or a side salad. You can also add extras like avocado, red onion, or pickles.
