🥤 Parsley and Apple Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 green apple (or red for sweeter flavor)

  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves (packed)

  • 1/2 cucumber (optional, for added hydration)

  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)

  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger (optional)

  • 1/2–1 cup water (adjust based on consistency)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Core the apple and chop into pieces.

  3. Add apple, parsley, cucumber, lemon juice, and ginger into a blender.

  4. Add water and blend until smooth.
