Keto Chicken Patties Recipe

Here’s a Keto Chicken Patties recipe that’s low in carbs, high in protein, and super flavorful!


🥘 Keto Chicken Patties Recipe

🍗 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken (or turkey)

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or almond flour for softer patties)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup green onions or chives, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil (for frying)

🔥 Optional Add-ins:

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella (for cheesy patties)

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard or hot sauce (for a flavor kick)


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients (except oil) in a large bowl until well combined. Don’t overmix—just enough to hold together.

  2. Form into 6–8 small patties (about ½ inch thick).

  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Fry patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F / 74°C).

  5. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm!


🥗 Serving Ideas:

  • With a side of cauliflower mash or sautéed zucchini

  • Topped with avocado and sour cream

  • In lettuce wraps with keto mayo and pickles


🧊 Storage:

  • Fridge: Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

  • Freezer: Freeze cooked patties for up to 2 months. Reheat in oven or skillet.
