Eggs

🍳 1. Classic Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 tbsp milk or cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  1. Beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.

  2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.

  3. Pour in the egg mixture and gently stir until just set.

  4. Serve warm with toast.


🥚 2. Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • Salt and pepper

  • Paprika (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise.

  2. Remove yolks and mash them with mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spoon or pipe the filling back into the whites.

  4. Sprinkle with paprika.


🍳 3. Shakshuka (Eggs in Tomato Sauce)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 1 tsp paprika or chili powder

  • Salt and pepper

  • 4 eggs

  • Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro)

Instructions:

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.

  2. Add tomatoes and spices, simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Make 4 wells and crack eggs into them.

  4. Cover and cook until eggs are just set.

  5. Garnish with herbs.


🧀 4. Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 slice cheese

  • 1 English muffin or bread

  • Butter or oil for cooking

  • Optional: ham, bacon, avocado
