Here are 6 natural drinks that may help cleanse and protect your kidneys. These drinks use ingredients known for their diuretic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties, which support kidney health and help flush out toxins.


🌿 1. Lemon Water

Why it works: Lemon contains citric acid, which may help prevent kidney stones and supports hydration.

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh lemon

  • 2 cups of warm water

Instructions:

  1. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into the warm water.

  2. Stir well and drink in the morning on an empty stomach.

Tip: You can also add a pinch of Himalayan salt or honey for added minerals and taste.
