Liver & Intestinal Cleanse Juice

A fresh juice made with a combination of green vegetables, herbs, and fruits can be very beneficial for cleansing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach (high in antioxidants and chlorophyll to support liver detox)

  • 1 cucumber (hydrates and promotes bowel regularity)

  • 1 green apple (helps with digestion and adds a bit of sweetness)

  • 1 lemon (helps to flush toxins and balances pH levels)

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (supports digestion and stimulates liver detox)

  • 1/2 cup celery (supports hydration and is a natural diuretic)

  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water (for added hydration)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash the vegetables and fruits thoroughly. Cut the cucumber, apple, and lemon into smaller pieces that fit your blender or juicer.

  2. Blend or Juice:

    • If you have a juicer, juice all the ingredients together.
