Pineapple Mango Salsa

Here’s a fresh and delicious Pineapple Mango Salsa recipe for you! Perfect as a dip, topping for grilled fish or chicken, or just to enjoy with chips.


Pineapple Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, finely diced

  • 1 cup fresh mango, finely diced

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped (optional, for heat)

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Salt to taste

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (if you like it a bit sweeter)


Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.

  2. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.

  3. Add salt to taste and honey/agave if using.

  4. Mix gently to combine all the flavors.

  5. Let the salsa sit for 10–15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  6. Serve fresh with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, grilled chicken, or fish.
