📝 Ingredients:

1 loaf of French bread or Italian bread, halved lengthwise

3 tablespoons olive oil

3–4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved or diced (or 1 medium tomato, chopped)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded mozzarella (optional for a cheesy version)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling
