🧪 Ingredients:

1/2 cup dill pickle juice (from a jar of pickles)

1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for added tartness)

3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin (about 3 packets)

1 tablespoon sugar or honey (optional, balances acidity)

1/4 teaspoon salt

Green food coloring (optional, for wormy look)

Gummy worm molds (or use a silicone ice cube tray if you don’t have them)

Prepare Mold:

Lightly spray gummy worm molds with cooking spray and set aside.

Make the Gelatin Base:

In a saucepan, combine pickle juice, water, and lemon juice (if using).

Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the liquid and let it bloom for 5 minutes (gelatin will absorb the liquid and swell).

Place the saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin is fully dissolved (do not boil).
