Here’s a delicious Butterscotch Heaven Pie recipe that’s creamy, rich, and easy to make — perfect for butterscotch lovers!


🍮 Butterscotch Heaven Pie

⭐ Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 6 tbsp melted butter

For the filling:

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant butterscotch pudding mix

  • 1 ½ cups cold whole milk

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or 1 cup whipped topping)

For topping:

  • Extra whipped cream or whipped topping

  • Butterscotch chips or sauce (optional)

  • Crushed toffee bits (optional)


🥣 Instructions

1. Make the crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.

  2. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.

  3. Chill in the freezer while preparing the filling (or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes if you prefer a firmer crust. Let cool completely).

2. Prepare the pudding layer:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the butterscotch pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes. Let sit to thicken (5–10 minutes).

3. Prepare the cream cheese layer:

  1. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  2. Fold in whipped cream or whipped topping until fluffy.

4. Assemble:

  1. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.

  2. Top with the butterscotch pudding.

  3. Add a final layer of whipped cream or whipped topping.

5. Chill:

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

6. Serve:

  • Garnish with butterscotch chips, toffee bits, or a drizzle of butterscotch sauce before serving.
