Ingredients
For the steak:

1 lb (450g) steak (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice), thinly sliced

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

For the pasta:

12 oz (340g) penne pasta

2 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 red bell pepper, sliced (optional)

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth (or beef broth)

Instructions

Cook the pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. -
