Ingredients
For the crust:

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10 full crackers)

For the filling:

4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

4 large eggs

⅔ cup sour cream

⅔ cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Prep the crust:

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.

Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool while you prepare the filling.
2. Make the filling:

Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth (use a hand mixer or stand mixer).
