Strawberry-Banana Cheesecake Salad

Here’s a delicious and easy Strawberry-Banana Cheesecake Salad recipe:


🍓🍌 Strawberry-Banana Cheesecake Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix (dry mix only)

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt (or Greek yogurt for extra creaminess)

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 lb strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 3–4 bananas, sliced

  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip)

  • (Optional: Mini marshmallows or crushed graham crackers for added texture)


Instructions:

  1. Make the Cheesecake Mixture:

    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

    • Add in the dry cheesecake pudding mix and mix until fully incorporated.

    • Slowly add the milk and vanilla yogurt, beating until smooth and creamy.

  2. Fold in Whipped Topping:

    • Gently fold in the whipped topping (Cool Whip) until well blended. This makes the salad light and fluffy.

  3. Add the Fruit:

    • Gently fold in the sliced strawberries and bananas. Do this carefully to avoid breaking up the fruit.

  4. Chill and Serve:

    • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor and texture.

    • (Optional: Add mini marshmallows or sprinkle with crushed graham crackers before serving for extra flair.)


✅ Tips:

  • Slice bananas just before folding in to avoid browning.

  • To prevent banana browning, lightly toss them in a bit of lemon juice before adding.

  • Best served the same day, as the bananas may soften if stored too long.
