  • 1 tsp peppermint extract

  • Green food coloring (6–8 drops or to desired color)

  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream)

For the Pudding Layer:
  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding

  • 2 Β½ cups cold milk

  • 1 tsp peppermint extract

  • Green food coloring (optional, for a deeper green)

For the Whipped Topping:
  • 2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip or whipped cream)

For Garnish:
  • Green sprinkles

  • Crushed Oreos or mini chocolate chips

  • Maraschino cherries (optional)

  • Mint leaves (optional)

1. Make the Crust:

  • Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs (using a food processor or zip-top bag and rolling pin).

  • Combine crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9Γ—13″ dish.

  • Chill in the fridge while preparing the next layer.

2. Cream Cheese Layer:

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add powdered sugar, peppermint extract, and green food coloring; mix until combined.

  • Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.

  • Spread this mixture evenly over the crust.

3. Pudding Layer:

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together pudding mix, cold milk, peppermint extract, and a few drops of green food coloring until thickened (about 2–3 minutes).

  • Spread over the cream cheese layer.

4. Top Layer:

  • Gently spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.

5. Decorate:

  • Sprinkle with green sprinkles, crushed Oreos, chocolate chips, or mint candies.

  • Top with maraschino cherries and mint leaves for extra flair (optional).

6. Chill:

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) before serving for best texture.
