Here’s a delicious and easy Meatloaf with Stove Top Stuffing recipe — a great way to add flavor and moisture to your meatloaf with minimal effort.

🍽️ Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf Recipe

✅ Ingredients:

  • 1 box (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing (any flavor — savory herb, chicken, etc.)

  • 1 lb ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup water or milk

  • ½ cup ketchup (plus more for topping)

  • Optional: ½ cup chopped onion

  • Optional: 1–2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix stuffing and liquid:

    • In a large bowl, combine the Stove Top Stuffing mix and 1 cup of water or milk.

    • Let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.

  3. Add other ingredients:

    • Add the ground beef, eggs, ketchup, and optional onions/garlic to the bowl.

    • Mix thoroughly with your hands or a spoon until fully combined.

  4. Form the loaf:

    • Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan or form it into a loaf shape on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.

  5. Top with ketchup (optional):

    • Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top for a classic glaze.

  6. Bake:

    • Bake uncovered for 50–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

  7. Rest and serve:

    • Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes or veggies.

🔄 Optional Variations:

  • Cheesy: Add ½ cup shredded cheddar to the mix.

  • Spicy: Add 1 tbsp hot sauce or chili flakes.

  • Turkey Meatloaf: Use ground turkey instead of beef (cook to 165°F).
