Fried Smores Bombs

Posted on June 30, 2025

Here’s a tasty recipe for Fried S’mores Bombs — gooey marshmallow, melty chocolate, and crispy fried dough all in one bite!

Fried S’mores Bombs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 12 large marshmallows

  • 12 small squares of chocolate (milk or dark)

  • 12 mini graham cracker squares or broken graham cracker pieces

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough (or refrigerated biscuit dough)

  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

  • Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

  • Chocolate sauce or caramel (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Filling:

    • Take one marshmallow, place a square of chocolate on top, and then add a graham cracker piece on top of that. This is your s’mores center.

  2. Wrap:

    • Unroll the crescent dough and cut it into 12 squares or rectangles big enough to wrap each s’mores center.

    • Place the s’mores center on each dough piece, then carefully wrap the dough around it, pinching the edges tightly to seal. Make sure the marshmallow and chocolate are completely covered so they don’t leak.

  3. Heat the Oil:

    • Pour about 2-3 inches of vegetable oil into a deep pan or pot and heat it to 350°F (175°C). Use a candy or deep-fry thermometer if you have one.

  4. Fry:

    • Carefully drop 2-3 wrapped bombs into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes, turning gently.

    • Use a slotted spoon to remove them and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

  5. Serve:

    • Let them cool for a minute (they’ll be super hot inside!). Optionally, dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce.

    • Enjoy warm and gooey!
