-
1/4 cup unsalted butter (plus more for greasing)

-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
-
Prep the Pan
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch pan with butter or nonstick spray. -
Melt the Marshmallows

Add the Rice Krispies cereal and gently fold until everything is well-coated. -
Add Crunch
Gently fold in most of the crushed vanilla wafers (reserve a few for topping). -
Transfer to Pan
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. (Use wax paper or lightly buttered hands to avoid sticking.) -
Finish It Off
Sprinkle reserved vanilla wafer crumbs on top. Optional: Drizzle with melted white chocolate. -
Cool & Slice
Let cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then cut into squares.
Optional Add-Ins:
-
Sliced dried bananas or banana chips (for extra banana punch)
-
Marshmallow bits for texture
-
A layer of vanilla pudding or whipped topping if you’re serving it fresh (but this makes them more like a no-bake dessert than portable bars)
