Here’s a super simple and creamy yogurt cake recipe with just 3 ingredients:

Creamy Yogurt Cake (3 Ingredients)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)

  • 1 cup self-rising flour

  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a small cake pan.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and sugar. Mix until smooth.

  3. Add the self-rising flour and gently fold it in until just combined. Don’t overmix.

  4. Pour the batter into your prepared pan and smooth the top.

  5. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your creamy, simple yogurt cake!

Optional: You can add vanilla extract or lemon zest for extra flavor if you want to keep it simple but tasty.
