Here’s a simple and delicious Grilled Chicken Breast recipe:


Grilled Chicken Breast

⭐ Servings: 2–4

⏱️ Prep Time: 10 minutes (plus marinating time)

⏱️ Cook Time: 10–12 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 2–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (or vinegar)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika (optional, for color and flavor)

  • ½ tsp dried oregano or thyme (optional)


Instructions:

1. Prep the Chicken:

  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness (about ½ inch) to ensure even cooking.

2. Make the Marinade:

  • In a bowl or zip-top bag, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs.

3. Marinate:

  • Add chicken to the marinade and coat well.

  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

4. Grill:

  • Preheat your grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat.

  • Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 5–6 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).

5. Rest and Serve:

  • Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  • Serve with grilled vegetables, salad, rice, or on a sandwich.


🔄 Variations:

  • Add honey or mustard to the marinade for a sweet-tangy twist.

  • Use smoked paprika or chili flakes for heat.

  • Swap lemon juice with balsamic vinegar for a deeper flavor.
