No-bake peanut butter balls

Here’s a simple and delicious No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls recipe — perfect for a quick treat or snack!


🥜 No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup

  • 2½ cups old-fashioned oats (you can pulse them in a blender for a finer texture, if desired)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • ¼ teaspoon salt (optional, if using unsalted peanut butter)

  • Optional mix-ins:

    • Mini chocolate chips

    • Chia seeds

    • Shredded coconut

    • Ground flaxseed


Instructions:

  1. Mix Wet Ingredients:
    In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.

  2. Add Dry Ingredients:
    Add oats, vanilla, and salt. Mix until well combined. Stir in any optional mix-ins at this point.

  3. Chill (optional):
    If the mixture is too soft to handle, chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.

  4. Form Balls:
    Roll into 1-inch balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.

  5. Store:
    Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
