Ingredients:

24 Oreo cookies (regular, not Double Stuf)

4 oz cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy)
Instructions:

Crush the Oreos
Place the Oreos in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs. (Alternatively, put them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin.) -
Mix with Peanut Butter and Cream Cheese
In a bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with the peanut butter and softened cream cheese. Mix until fully combined and smooth. -
Shape into Balls
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. -
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or freeze for 15–20 minutes) until firm.
Optional (but awesome):
Dip the chilled balls in melted chocolate and top with crushed Oreos or a drizzle of peanut butter.
