🍫 What Is Dark Chocolate?

  • Ingredients: Cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar (sometimes), vanilla, and lecithin. It typically does not contain milk solids, unlike milk chocolate.

  • Cocoa Content: Ranges from about 50% to 100%. The higher the percentage, the more intense and bitter the flavor.

  • Rich in antioxidants: Especially flavonoids, which may help reduce inflammation and improve heart health.

  • May lower blood pressure and improve blood flow.
