📝 Angel Beef Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

8 oz angel hair pasta

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained

1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup sour cream
-
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

2 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (or a mix)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.

In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish:

Layer half of the cooked pasta

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pasta

Add the remaining pasta

Pour the beef mixture over the top

Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
