Reese’s Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy, depending on your preference)

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for coating)

  • 1 cup mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for extra chocolate flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Cheese Ball Base:

    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.

    • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue mixing until well combined.

  2. Add the Reese’s:

    • Gently fold in the chopped mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups into the mixture, making sure they are evenly distributed.

  3. Form the Cheese Ball:

    • Use your hands or a spoon to shape the mixture into a ball.

  4. Coat the Cheese Ball:

    • In a shallow dish, combine the powdered sugar and any remaining chopped Reese’s (and chocolate chips if using). Roll the cheese ball in this mixture to coat it completely.

  5. Chill:

    • Place the cheese ball in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to firm up.
