Renewed Knee Tea — Bay Leaf Remedy Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 dried bay leaves

  • 3 cups of water

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for taste)

Instructions:

  1. Pour the 3 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil.
