Here’s a simple and delicious Pineapple and Banana Smoothie recipe:


🍍 Pineapple and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or any plain/vanilla yogurt)

  • 1/2 cup orange juice (or any preferred juice)

  • 1/2 cup ice (optional, for a colder smoothie)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Add the pineapple, banana, yogurt, and orange juice to a blender.

  2. Add ice if using, and sweetener if desired.

  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.

  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!


Optional Add-ins:

  • A handful of spinach (for a green smoothie boost)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (for fiber and omega-3s)

  • 1 scoop of protein powder (for a more filling smoothie)

  • Coconut milk or almond milk instead of juice for a creamier texture
