Black Pepper & Turmeric Golden Milk

Black pepper has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that may help alleviate joint pain, especially when combined with other natural ingredients like turmeric or ginger. Here’s a simple and effective home remedy recipe using black pepper for joint pain relief:


🌿 Black Pepper & Turmeric Golden Milk (Anti-inflammatory Drink)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (cow, almond, or oat)

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • ½ tsp grated ginger (optional for extra anti-inflammatory effect)

  • 1 tsp coconut oil or ghee (helps absorption of curcumin in turmeric)

Instructions:

  1. Pour the milk into a small saucepan.

  2. Add turmeric, black pepper, and ginger (if using).

  3. Heat gently over low-medium heat, stirring frequently for 5–7 minutes. Do not boil.

  4. Add coconut oil/ghee and stir until melted.

  5. Remove from heat. Add honey or maple syrup to taste.

  6. Strain (if you used fresh ginger) and drink warm.

  • Black Pepper contains piperine, which boosts the absorption of curcumin in turmeric by up to 2000%.

🔁 How Often to Take:

Drink once daily, preferably before bed, for at least 2–4 weeks to notice effects.
