Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip

Here’s a Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe that’s rich, chewy, and packed with chocolatey peanut butter goodness!


Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (Reese’s brand works great!)

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (mini or regular size)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.

  2. Cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth (about 2-3 minutes).

  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until fully incorporated.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.

  5. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

  6. Scoop dough (about 2 tablespoons per cookie) onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.

  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Centers will look soft—this is perfect.

  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.


Tips:

  • For extra peanut butter flavor, drizzle with melted Reese’s spread or top with a mini Reese’s cup while still warm.

  • Freeze extra cookie dough balls for quick baking later.
