Here’s a simple and delicious Blender Soft Apple Cake recipe. It’s quick to prepare using a blender—perfect for when you want a soft, moist, and lightly spiced apple cake with minimal effort.

🍎 Blender Soft Apple Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and chopped

2 large eggs

1/2 cup (120 ml) vegetable oil or melted butter

3/4 cup (150 g) sugar (adjust to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)

1 1/2 cups (190 g) all-purpose flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

Optional Toppings:
Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Sliced almonds or chopped walnuts

🥣 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan or line with parchment paper.

Blend wet ingredients:

In a blender, add the chopped apples, eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla.

Blend until smooth (about 30–60 seconds).

Add dry ingredients:

Add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the blender.

Pulse just until combined—avoid over-blending.

Pour & bake:

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Optionally sprinkle with nuts.

Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool and serve:

Let the cake cool for 10–15 minutes in the pan.

Transfer to a wire rack. Once cool, dust with powdered sugar if desired.

🍰 Tips:
For a chunkier texture, blend the apples partially or stir in some small apple chunks after blending.

Add a handful of raisins or dried cranberries for extra flavor.

Best served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream!
