Garlic Parmesan Baked Shrimp
Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)

1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
½ tsp paprika (optional, for color)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Prepare the garlic butter mixture:

In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Arrange the shrimp:

Lay the shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish.

Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs over the top.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, and the topping is golden brown.

If desired, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
