Here’s a simple and tasty recipe for Cabbage with Eggs — a quick stir-fry dish that’s healthy, budget-friendly, and packed with flavor.


🥬 Cabbage with Eggs Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (green or Napa)

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 small onion, sliced (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp soy sauce (optional for flavor)

  • Green onions for garnish (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Prep the veggies: Shred the cabbage and mince garlic. If using onion, slice it thinly.

  2. Cook the eggs:

    • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.

    • Beat the eggs, pour into the pan, and scramble until just cooked.

    • Remove eggs and set aside.

  3. Stir-fry cabbage:

    • In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil.

    • Sauté garlic (and onion if using) until fragrant.

    • Add cabbage and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until it softens but still has a bit of crunch.

    • Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce if using.

  4. Combine:

    • Return the cooked eggs to the pan.

    • Stir everything together for another 1–2 minutes.

  5. Serve hot — great on its own or with steamed rice!
