🥄 1. No-Bake Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cheesecake

Great for beginners or when you don’t want to use the oven.

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, crushed

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 2 tbsp sugar

Filling:

  • 16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional for more spice)

  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Instructions:

  1. Make the crust:

    • Crush the cereal (food processor or zip bag + rolling pin).

    • Mix with melted butter and sugar.

    • Press into the bottom of a springform pan or pie dish.

    • Chill in freezer for 15–20 minutes.

  2. Make the filling:

    • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.

    • Fold in whipped topping gently.

  3. Assemble:

    • Pour filling over chilled crust, smooth the top.

    • Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Crust:

  • 2 1/2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, crushed

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 24 oz (3 blocks) cream cheese, softened

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the crust:

    • Mix crushed cereal with melted butter.

    • Press into a greased 9-inch springform pan.

    • Pre-bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.

  2. Make the filling:

    • Beat cream cheese until smooth.

    • Add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and sour cream; mix well.

    • Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.

  3. Bake:

    • Pour filling over the crust.

    • Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50–60 minutes, until center is just set.

    • Turn off oven, crack door, and let cheesecake cool for 1 hour.

    • Chill in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Ingredients:

  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal (whole or crushed)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup whipped topping

  • Optional: cinnamon, caramel sauce

Instructions:

  1. Make the filling:

    • Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and whipped topping until smooth.

  2. Layer in cups or jars:

    • Cereal → cheesecake filling → repeat.

    • Finish with whipped cream, cereal, and drizzle if desired.

  3. Serve immediately (cereal will get soggy if it sits too long).
