Here’s a Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Pie recipe that’s creamy, rich, and easy to make. It combines the best of peanut butter and chocolate in a no-bake dessert.


🥧 Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Pie

✅ Ingredients:

Crust (store-bought or homemade):

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or crushed chocolate cookies)

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

Mix-ins & Topping:

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

  • Optional: drizzle of chocolate syrup or ganache


🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Make the Crust:

    • Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.

    • Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (or bake at 350°F for 8 minutes and let cool if you prefer a firmer crust).

  2. Prepare the Filling:

    • In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.

    • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined.

    • Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth.

    • Stir in mini chocolate chips.

  3. Assemble the Pie:

    • Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.

    • Sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top.

    • Drizzle with chocolate syrup or ganache if desired.

  4. Chill:

    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.

  5. Serve:

    • Slice and serve chilled. It pairs beautifully with a glass of cold milk or coffee.
